Animoto
Okay, we have discussed a lot about pictures. But now, when we already edited those, posted it all over the web (in Flickr and similar), how can we show them to friends in a cool way?
A new site that I discovered a few days ago is called “Animoto”. There, you can simply make a slide show of your photos.
Similar to photofunia, that site is simple to use and the outcomes looks very impressive. Although “Slide Show” may sound a little bit boring, don’t get me wrong. This is nothing like a PowerPoint un-edited slide show. You can make a movie that looks like a professional’s work.

After a short subscription, you can make a short video or full length one for completely free, and for a few extra dollars you can enjoy many special templates (these days, for example, Animoto suggests a Valentines edited video). You can select pictures and videos from your computer, select some from Animoto’s collection or choose it from other sites.
In the “edit” field, you can add sparkles for pictures and text, shuffle the order of the items etc. After editing the pictures and videos, you can add music from their collection or choose a song from your computer.
The video is really nice and I highly recommend you to use it. In the next post I’ll check similar sites to Animoto and examine them.
